In addition to operating a hotel and restaurant and taking away, we also have many events in the high season; Confirmations, weddings, concerts, etc. It is therefore extremely important to us that we have a total system that we can rely on 100%. In order for us to do this, we must all be confident in using it, not experience crashes, have correct integration with our OTAs, have it easy to train new employees during busy times, etc. With OCTOPUS we are completely calm; The system is incredibly logical and easy to train in, we do not experience crashes, the various integrations work flawlessly - and not least automatically.

As the Jutlanders we are, it is of course also a nice feeling to make a good deal. With OCTOPUS we have both a cheaper AND a significantly better system than with the previous provider. With both busy and quiet periods, it is also an advantage for us that we have an unlimited number of users. Since we do not have to pay per user, all our employees therefore have access to OCTOPUS – many also via their mobile phone, which we use a lot.

With our 16 rooms, we could quickly feel very small and overlooked by our previous provider. That has never been the case with OCTOPUS; Here we are always taken seriously. In addition, their team is both super fast, very skilled and not least realistic regarding schedules for new development, so that the system fits our needs. They always keep what they promise, and it is never far in the future that we can expect the new features to be active on our end of the system.
