We have been happy users of the OCTOPUS system for several years – but the journey became even more rewarding when we took the step out of a chain collaboration and thus 100% became independent with 33 comfort double rooms and 5 family rooms. We had to completely change everything from workflows and structure to room distributions and setups. The transition meant that we could now have our wishes fulfilled and implement a lot of functions from OCTOPUS into our everyday lives. It gave us fewer manual clicks and thus more time for other things.

In addition to the booking part with direct integrations to – and management of – our OTAs, we also use the cash register and invoicing part a lot. Small, simple functions like a reminder SMS to guests before, during and after their stay have also given us a lot of time savings and customer satisfaction.

The best thing about OCTOPUS is the incredible customer service. I can't emphasize enough how fantastic the collaboration with their team is. They always take our ideas and feedback positively – It actually feels like we are colleagues. Their personal and lightning-fast service is really essential for us. It gives us a huge freedom, as we move 10,000 km. per hour – With us, it is rarely far from idea to action. Therefore, it is a HUGE factor for us that we have a system that we trust and that follows us!
