When I started at Kayak Bar we didn't have a unified system for all our orders. Most of it was done in Excel, Outlook and E-conomics. With increasing numbers of visitors to both our bar and restaurant, to events, parties and kayak rentals, we set out to find one unified system that could handle all our projects from start to finish – that's what we found in OCTOPUS.

This in turn gives us great time savings, as we do not have to create and register guests, keep track of payments or subsequently send invoices.
