We needed a booking system for our 4 hotels and 3 restaurants along the west coast of Greenland. With 133 rooms and several meeting and conference rooms to service, we investigated widely, but the choice fell firmly on OCTOPUS. With 4 hotels, it is extremely important for us to be able to be efficient in training new employees. With OCTOPUS' simple user interface, we have been able to optimize the training significantly. It is a huge plus for us that our new employees are up and running quickly and can concentrate on guest service instead of a difficult IT system.
In addition to our receptionists being frequent users of the booking section, modules such as reporting, API for online booking, online booking for our agents and event management are also key functions for us - and crucial for us to be able to both operate and develop.
