We needed a booking system for our 4 hotels and 3 restaurants along the west coast of Greenland. With 133 rooms and several meeting and conference rooms to service, we researched widely, but the choice fell solidly on OCTOPUS. We immediately felt in the right hands and noticed their willingness to develop and adapt the system to our needs. 

It is crucial for us that we have now found a partner that can keep up with our strong and rapid development. The basic functions are of course important to us, but the customization to our business is even more important; and this is where OCTOPUS has had a strong focus from the start.

 Our switch to OCTOPUS went well. We were realistic and knew that such processes can be cumbersome and that surprises and sudden needs can arise. OCTOPUS handled all this with confidence and we have always been met with an openness from solution-oriented employees when adjustments need to be made - both through their support, development and management.

 With 4 hotels, it is extremely important for us to be efficient in training new employees. With OCTOPUS' simple user interface, we have been able to optimize training significantly. It's a huge plus for us that our new employees are quickly up to speed and can concentrate on guest service instead of a difficult IT system.

In addition to our receptionists being avid users of the booking section, modules such as reporting, API for online booking, online booking for our agents and event management are also key features for us - and essential for us to both operate and develop.
