With Personal Guestbook Your guests will have a unified digital platform where they can find information about the hotel, the area, parking, experiences, offers and much more.
Updating information and booking
The guest can change personal information such as email, name and billing address. When saved, the information is automatically updated in OCTOPUS. For group bookings, the guest can also add names directly in the booking.
Example of full self-service flow
- The guest books their stay via booking.com
- OCTOPUS sends order confirmation with link to Personal Guestbook and payment link
- Payment is made easily via mobile phone
- The guest receives a receipt and, if applicable, a PIN code for the hotel.
- First use of PIN code activates automatic check-in
- The guest can purchase additional services and pay directly in the Personal Guestbook.
- At check-out, any outstanding balance is paid via mobile.
- Invoice is saved in Personal Guestbook and can be accessed by the guest.
