We ensure that you at OCTOPUS PMS receive the necessary training – and we give you ample opportunity for both personal and professional development. You will quickly join the team on an equal footing with your 9 colleagues and gradually gain more responsibility and more independent work areas.
On weekdays we work from the office in Gråsten. You will never have two days the same - but here is a list of some of the tasks that you in the support team will take part in:
- Internal meetings, online meetings, follow-up, and visits to customers
- Training in our software products
- Participation in events, e.g. planning and holding trade fairs
- Daily assistance and support over the phone and online for hotels and restaurants
- Test new features in our own developed software system
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for various challenges
What is OCTOPUS Property Management System?
OCTOPUS PMS is a cloud-based total system that includes all the functions necessary for the daily operation of a hotel, restaurant, café, bar, B&B, campsite, etc. The software offers, among other things, online booking of rooms, table reservations, cash register, takeaway shop, E-Menu, cleaning app, conference management, task management and real-time integration to all major booking portals, such as hotels.com, booking.com, expedia.com, etc. The system makes it easy for our customers to give their hotel and restaurant guests the absolute best service experience.
We have more than 300 customers who use our software daily - but of course we would like to have even more people join us in making everyday life easier.
To be considered, we expect you to:
- Is willing to accept feedback and training
- Thrives with independent work in the office and when visiting customers throughout Denmark
- Has knowledge of general use of IT tools/equipment
- Want to perform sales and support tasks as well as administrative tasks
- Have an interest in and sense of providing good and high-quality service and have a personality that has a positive influence on your surroundings.
- Likes to talk on the phone and has strong communication skills – both in Danish and English. Has a great drive and is result-oriented
- Adaptable
- Have a B driving license (This is not a requirement)
The practical
You will join our support team, which is based at Torvet 8, 6300 Gråsten, as soon as possible.
- The position is full-time 37 hours.
- Working hours are from 08:00 to 16:00.
- After completing the training, you will join the support's on-call schedule.
