We have now been using OCTOPUS PMS for a year and we certainly have not regretted it. During the start-up process, we have had constructive dialogues about our wishes, and we have always been met with openness.
Something that we all talk about in the organization is a Danish support department.
A Danish support and development department is a huge plus, even though we all speak English. But being able to call a department with the right skills, who understands the question immediately and actually gives an answer. With many other suppliers, we have experienced that the phone is answered by a ”telephone person” who simply pushes the task on to the next person in line and never actually returns.
That is certainly not the case with OCTOPUS PMS.
In addition, it's nice to have a modern system where the user interface doesn't look like a DOS version.
We are very pleased with the ability to make individual adjustments ourselves. The functions are already built into the system and can be easily selected without the need for support.
